After more than two weeks on the road, the Aggies increased their winning streak to five games with an 80-61 win over Texas-Arlington Saturday night at the Spectrum in Logan.

Here are three keys to Utah State’s victory:

  • Although the Aggies led from start to finish, the home team was up just 47-40 about four minutes into the second half when it took over the game with some hot shooting. The Aggies went on a 21-4 run over the next 12 minutes to secure the victory.
  • Seniors Justin Bean and Brock Miller led the charge for the Aggies, combining for 40 points. Bean totaled his fifth double-double of the season with 24 points and 10 rebounds, while Miller knocked down four 3-pointers on his way to 16 points.
  • Utah State went 12 of 29 from 3-point range while shooting 51.7% from the floor
